So many of us see our family physicians at least once or twice a year in regards to matters that concern our physical health, but what are we doing to maintain and attend our mental health?
By committing only 10 minutes a day to mental health exercises, you’ll learn to implement tools and strategies proven to lower everyday levels of stress and anxiety. Participants will receive one email a day for 30 days containing:
- Mental health exercises
- Tips and inspiration
- Articles and resources
To register for the e-challenge, simply fill out the form! It starts in 24 hours from your sign up time (and your daily tips will be emailed to you every 24 hours for 30 days).
When will I receive my daily emails? You will receive your first email exactly 24 hours after signing up for the e-challenge. Each subsequent daily mental health e-challenge email will follow 24 hours after the previous, at the original sign up time. For example, if you'd like to receive your daily email first thing in the morning at 7am, simply sign up for the e-challenge at 7am.
