Frequently Asked Questions
When will I receive my daily exercises? You will receive your first exercises exactly 24 hours after signing up for the challenge. Each subsequent challenge email will follow 24 hours after the previous, at the original sign up time. For example, if you sign up at 7 AM, you will receive your daily email first thing in the morning at 7 AM. Please note, emails will be sent over the weekend, so please pay close attention to your email.
